1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tide Pool ("Tide Pool", "the Game", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Game.

2. The Game

Tide Pool is a casual drop-and-merge arcade game developed by Mohammed Shahabas. The Game may include campaign levels, endless/Zen gameplay, daily challenges, advertisements, and optional in-app purchases.

3. License to Use the Game

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use Tide Pool for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative works of the Game except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

4. In-App Purchases

Tide Pool may offer optional in-app purchases, including a Remove Ads purchase. Purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's applicable terms and policies.

Tide Pool does not control payment processing and does not receive your payment card or bank account details.

5. Advertisements

The Game may display advertisements, including interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Advertising availability and content may vary.

Privacy and consent choices relating to advertising are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Game Progress and Local Data

Game progress, scores, settings, streak information, and purchase entitlement information may be stored locally on your device. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Tide Pool does not provide cloud synchronization of this information.

7. Fair Play

You agree not to interfere with the normal operation of the Game, bypass its security or purchase mechanisms, manipulate scores through unauthorized means, or use automation, exploits, modified clients, or other methods intended to obtain an unfair advantage.

8. Intellectual Property

Tide Pool and its original software, artwork, branding, game design, graphics, sounds, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to Mohammed Shahabas and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The Tide Pool name, logo, and associated branding may not be used without prior permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Game uses third-party services including Google AdMob, Google's User Messaging Platform, and Google Play Billing. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Game at any time. We may also release updates that change gameplay, content, supported devices, advertisements, or other functionality.

11. Disclaimer

Tide Pool is provided for entertainment purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that the Game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mohammed Shahabas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Game.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
